SHIPPING POLICY
We use the Die Post for delivery service within Switzerland, sent from Wetzikon ZH. The rates used are the rates listed and valid at Die Post. Normal delivery time is 3 to 5 working days. Suppose there are holidays the delivery may Average longer. Shipments outside the Switzerland area will use available delivery services such as FedEx. The items being sent under Die Post's or any other available shipping services auspices are entirely the responsibility of Die Post or other shipping services used.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
For any undamaged product, return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of receiving the product. We will exchange it or offer a refund based on the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased, and (ii) Items damaged due to shipping are not our responsibility and cannot be returned or exchanged.
